BIKASH Nepal has a well resourced and well equipped training centre. The training team has well experienced trainers and has good capacity in managing centre and field based training. The team has high influence in the field of training within basic health service BHS and NGOs. BIKASH training centre owns the latest/modern teaching/learning equipment such as computers with broadband Internet facilities, LCD projector, overhead projector, slide projector, video, film projector, digital camera etc. The centre is also resourced with locally prepared and locally available teaching/learning materials for the use of field based training.
BIKASH has its own training building, guesthouse and hostel within Green Pastures Complex, Pokhara. These facilities are leased from INF on rent pay basis. This is an ideal training venue and can accommodate 35 people at a time. The centre remains occupied by the internal and external training courses. The facilities are well managed and hired out by other GOs nad NGOs which helps to generate a good local income.
