BIKASH Nepal was registered in the District Administration Office, Kaski-GoN on 23 August 2005 as a non-governmental organisation (NGO) and affiliated with Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu on 7 October 2005.

BIKASH Nepal is a non-profit making, training and service oriented organization. We are emerged from International Nepal Fellowship (INF) in July 2005. Our office and training centre is located at the Green Pastures Complex, Pokhara-15. The organisation is supporting the leprosy control programme through providing training to health workers in the Western Region. We are also involved in providing need based training in the field of HIV & AIDS, disability-rehabilitation and tuberculosis.
